To ensure the safe delivery of fragile item(s), we ask customers to notify us in advance. This correspondence should include either an invoice or a thorough summary of the items being shipped. Once the information requested is presented such packages will be given first priority in handling. This assures that these items are handled with utmost care during the delivery process.
Recommended Packaging for Fragile Items
For items of a fragile nature, we advise using special packaging materials and techniques to minimize the risk of damage. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Using double-layered boxes
- Ensuring sufficient cushioning with bubble wrap, foam, or packing peanuts
- Securing items within the package to prevent movement
While we strive to handle all packages with care, failure to adhere to the above guidelines may result in damages for which we cannot be held liable. Customers are encouraged to follow the recommended procedures to safeguard their shipments.
