How long does my package take to get to Jamaica?Once received in Florida and processed, it can take 1-3 business days or less without delays, as our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday.

Do you offer home and delivery services?Yes, we provide home and office deliveries dependent on your location. Prices may vary, however customers residing in the old harbor and surrounding areas may enjoy FREE deliveries.

Is there a processing fee ?Yes, a standard processing fee of $150 is included and may be waived for specific shipments depending on the weight of the item and is solely at discretion.

What is express shipping and how do I use it ?Express shipping allows you to get your items in Jamaica within 24-72 hours after arrival at our warehouse in the United States. To utilize this service, make sure your address includes "AP or Express".

How often do you ship to Jamaica?We ship 3-5x times via air and 1x via sea from the US to Jamaica.

How do I get my package when it becomes available in Jamaica?We offer island-wide delivery services. Customers in the Old Harbour or surrounding areas can request home delivery, which may be free depending on their location. Outport locations will receive packages via Knutsford Express or Zipmail. Pick up location delivery areas are as shown,which comes with an additional cost. Halfway Tree - JUTC Bus Park, Spanish Town -Hilo Plaza, Portmore- Sovereign Plaza and Old Harbour- Gateway Plaza

How soon do I get a notification after my package is delivered in Florida?You should be notified within 24 -48 after arriving as all packages need to be scanned and updated.

Can I avoid custom charges?No, you cant but here are some useful tips and work around. 1. Split orders over $100 2. Wait for desired item(s) to go on sale, to save more and get the best deals.

What is custom threshold ?Custom charges are applied to any package(s) over 100 usd. As such, you are required to upload an invoice to justify the cost of item(s).

What is handling fee ?A handling fee is an additional amount charged to a customer on top of the order subtotal and shipping fees.

Why am I being charged a handling fee?Most items weighing 10 lbs or more are shipped on pallets to ensure they arrive safely without breaking. This service incurs additional handling fees. Please note that you might receive an updated invoice, as the handling fee has to be applied manually. Sometimes, updates to our system may process all packages before we can apply these charges, leading to an updated billing statement. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure your items are handled safely and effectively.

Can family and friends ship to my US address?Yes, your friends and family can use your shipping address, however, it will be billed to you. It's preferred for each family to obtain an account of their own, especially to enjoy memberships

What if my shipping address is incorrect ?It will affect us locating your package, as such there will be an extra charge to have it rerouted and delivered to our shipping address, which requires additional processing time.

Can my family members in the USA send stuff to my shipping address in Florida?Yes, you need only to provide them with your shipping address along with your name in the same format presented on your dashboard.

My package was delivered, but I have not reflecting on my end.Packages are updated according to the batch in which they are received. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it typically takes up to 24 hours for the update to appear in the system and reflect on your dashboard. If more than 24 hours have passed and you haven't received an update from Harbor Jet Logistics, please contact us via WhatsApp (876) 863-5993. Also, double-check the accuracy of the address you provided when ordering. If there is an error with your address, please note that this will result in additional processing time and charges.

Where are you located ?We are online based, located in Old Harbour, St. Catherine. We offer island wide deliveries.

How do I know when my package is available?You will be notified via email, and the updates will also be reflected on your dashboard. Showing the number of packages available, as well as the total amount to collect. Once you receive a notification that your package is ready for pickup or delivery, it is your responsibility to schedule the delivery on your dashboard and confirm the time and date via WhatsApp, failure to do so will result in storage fee being atomically added to your package(s).

What is storage fee ?Storage fee refers to the charge applied when a package or shipment is stored at the company's warehouse or facility for a certain period of time. This fee typically occurs when the recipient hasn't picked up their package or arranged for delivery within the allowed timeframe. Fees may vary depending how long it remains in storage. At Harbor Jet Logistics reserve the right to add storage to any package (s) not collected after 7 days. A fee of $200 JMD will be charged.
